1. Service

Guardbee provides automated security scanning, traffic/API discovery crawls, reporting, and related account features for authorized corporate customers.

2. Corporate accounts and domain matching

Registration and scanning require a corporate work email. Consumer freemail addresses are not permitted. Brand and scan targets must use a hostname that matches your corporate email domain (including www and subdomains of that registrable domain).

3. Your authority warranty

You represent and warrant that for every target you submit you own the system, or have written authorization from the owner, to instruct Guardbee to scan and crawl it. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is prohibited.

4. Prohibited use

• Scanning or crawling systems without ownership or authorization
• Using freemail or mismatched domains to circumvent access controls
• Attempting to disrupt, abuse, or overload Guardbee or third-party systems beyond normal security testing of your authorized targets
• Reselling access or sharing credentials in violation of these Terms

5. Indemnity (template)

[TEMPLATE — legal review required] You agree to indemnify and hold Guardbee harmless from claims arising from scanning targets you were not authorized to test, or from your breach of these Terms. This clause is a product template and is not final legal advice.

6. Data and privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Notice (KVKK) and Privacy Policy. Scan and crawl results may include personal data exposed by the target; treat outputs as confidential.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present legal risk, or abuse the platform, including unauthorized scanning attempts.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
